RGBA (Raw red, green, blue, and alpha)

An RGBA file is a raw image file format similar to the RGA format, with the addition of an alpha channel used for transparency.

Image data is stored as a sequence of uncompressed red, green, blue, and alpha values used to represent each pixel. Each color channel is 8 bits in size, creating a total of 32 bits.
