Use this free tool to view your 3D AMF (Additive Manufacturing File) files online without needing to install any software. Our AMF viewer tool will generate a real-time 3D preview of your AMF file with Pan and Zoom controls allowing you to see your 3D model from any angle.
Our AMF viewing tool can load most AMF files and we are working on improvements all the time to improve compatibility with all file formats. If you are looking to convert your 2D image files to 3D files such as STL then we have a 2D to 3D conversion tool here.
Here are 2 simple steps to display your AMF file in any web browser.
First click the "Upload..." button, select your AMF file to upload. Select any configuration options. When the AMF to STL conversion has completed, you can download your STL file straight away.
We aim to process all AMF to STL conversions as quickly as possible, this usually takes around 5 seconds but can be more for larger more complex files so please be patient.
We aim to create the most accurate conversions with our tools. Our tools are under constant development with new features and improvements being added every week.
Yes, of course! We do not store the AMF file you submit to us. The resulting STL file, once created is deleted 15 minutes after upload and the download link will expire after this time.

The AMF or Additive Manufacturing File format is an open standard 3D file format primarily used within additive manufacturing processes such as 3D printing. The initial release version of the file was in 2011 and the format continues to be developed today.
As this is a 3D file format the contents which are Xml based describe one or many 3D objects broken down into solid volumes defined with vertices and triangles. The format has support for color and texture materials.
